Shipping & Returns

All orders placed online ship for only $8.95!
Orders placed on the by phone may incur a higher shipping charge.

In most cases these orders will ship via the post office, which offers free Saturday delivery.
Occasionally, larger/heavier orders will ship via UPS Ground or motor freight.

After your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification that
includes tracking information for your package or packages.

About 95% of our online orders received by 3pm EST ship same day.
Orders received after 3pm will ship the next business day.

However, if we are out-of-stock on any particular item(s) then you will be notified of the delay.

Most orders that include back ordered items will ship within 3-5 days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If you need an order in a hurry, please call us to verify it's in stock and to arrange for quicker shipping.

After delivering to the post office or UPS, it's out of our hands folks, most of our customers
receive their orders in 1 to 5 days, but if you don't, check the tracking number sent to you.

If you have not received your order after 10 business days from the ship date, contact us by email or phone.

RETURNS

All items must be in new condition and unused.

Returns for refund must be within 30 days of order being shipped to you.
After 30 days all returns will be issued store credit only.

No RMA is required. Just pack securely and ship back to us and be sure
to include your name, copy of order or order number, email address and
phone number where we can contact you if we have any questions.

After receiving and inspection you will receive a full refund (less shipping) 

We do not credit return shipping costs unless there has been a
shipping error or a defective product was received.

Thread galling is not considered a defective product. You need to use a
thread lube when installing larger stainless fasteners, especially when
using locking nuts.

When returning items please mark your package "Returns Department"
